Seminar Voting System for Society of Pilar, Goa
PROJECT | ELECTRONICS
A custom designed and fabricated solid state Seminar Voting System EVS-50, for The Society of Pilar, Goa, being one of our Hallmark technical projects.
The EVS-50 was custom engineered and designed for the requirements of the Society of Pilar, for use at the 5 yearly General Chapter of the Society. The system, designed for a 50 delegate seminar, offered each delegate a control pad, that gave each delegate three option of being FOR, AGAINST a resolution taken or ABSTAIN from giving his opinion.
The seminar moderator could open the voting window after tabling the resolution and thereafter start the system count. The system would then display on digital read out, the number of delegates FOR the resolution tabled, AGAINST the resolution tabled and the number of delegates who would have ABSTAINED from voting.
Following the above project we also designed and fabricated a fastest-finger-first set up for use in their Quiz programmes.
