The TWYLYT module works around an indigenously developed circuit made from the best quality components tested for time. The TWYLYT module is housed in a tough talc filled Polypropylene enclosure, possessing tremendous environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and excellent insulation properties which guarantees a long life. Adding to this, the epoxy potting of the entire circuit enhances water and moisture resistance.
The outdoor weather resistant sensor comes with an anodised bracket & stainless steel fasteners and allows installations below chajjas, or below tiled roofs or just wall surfaces. In this case the TWYLYT module can be housed in the electrical gang box itself, and the sensor wires extended, by using 0.75 mm2 copper wires.

Installation Instruction

Connect the green and yellow sensor wires of the unit to the corresponding green and yellow wires on the sensor. In case of need to extend sensor wire length use min 0.50-0.75 mm wire. Use shrink insulation provided to insulate all joints.
The water resistant sensor option is to be installed externally, using the bracket provided, either on the wall or below chajja, with the sensor facing towards maximum ambient light, bending the bracket accordingly.
The unit maybe housed inside the gang box. It may also be installed in a single module surface or water-proof box and fitted with single module plate sensor option. Further it may also be installed in an existing LED light fixture by using the general purpose sensor by drilling a 8mm hole, in the light fixture housing to expose the sensor to ambient light. Avoid direct exposure of sensor to rain water. Clean the sensor lens periodically for best results.
Kindly install sensor away from any Incandescent (Filament) Lamps and line-of-sight of night vision CCTV cameras.
Carefully connect the mains phase to the red wire (P), neutral to the black wire (N) and LOAD Output Phase to the blue wire (O/P) as per the connection diagram.
CAUTION: ANY WRONG CONNECTIONS WILL DAMAGE THE UNIT BEYOND WARRANTY COVER.
At nightfall the load lights will switch on automatically, after initial flicker for 7 to 15 seconds.
The TWYLYT module has an overload protection fuse. Kindly replace only with spare fuse provided.
